Our Shipping Center is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Please remember to check and confirm your address :)
PAYPAL USERS: Paypal will sometimes change your address without you knowing it and use an old address you used to have!
Delivery
ARE YOU MISSING A PACKAGE?!
Before contacting us, please check the following:
Verify that the shipping address is correct on your shipping or order confirmation email.
Look for any attempted delivery notices the delivery service could have left.
Check around to see if the delivery service left the package somewhere "abnormal". Sometimes if you're not home they will leave packages off to the side or at the back door!
Double check if a neighbor accepted the package for you.
Try to catch your delivery person, or call your local post office! This has been proven to be the best and FASTEST way to locate a misplaced package. 99% of the time this is how any misplaced packages have been located. (while delivering a package, a postal worker MIGHT scan the item before actually delivering the package, and then if they cannot find a safe place to put the package, will wait till the next day to attempt to make a drop off. This ends up being a little confusing, but most of the time this is the case)

"Do you offer any expedited shipping options? 1 day? 2 day?"
Our shipping staff is limited at this time, so this is an option we cannot commit to at this time. However, if you need your package faster than the options offered, contact us and we will do our best! We can't always make it happen, but sometimes we can work it out :). Additional shipping fees will apply.

"Is Saturday considered a business day?"
No! Business days are considered to be Monday-Friday, excluding National Holidays. USPS might deliver packages on Saturdays, but this isn't always the case.
"Do you ship packages on the weekend?"
No! Unfortunately our shipping center is closed Saturdays and Sundays. We are also closed on National Holidays.
"Do you ship internationally?"
Yes, as of the moment, we only ship internationally from the U.S. to Canada! Please note that customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. 90% of the time customs will not be charged, but it can happen occasionally.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
